We generally don’t send paper documents by post as we are a digital business and want to do our part to reduce paper waste and do our bit for the planet. If there is a specific reason you need a physical copy (such as a disability), please get in touch for us to arrange this for you.
When locating your policy number, it will start with 'UINH'
Your policy documents can also be viewed in your dashboard in the portal once you have logged in to your account.
